Delivering remarks this morning at the Opening Ceremony of Training on the new Criminal Procedure (Plea discussion, Plea Agreement and Assistance Agreement) Act 2024 and the new Criminal Law Procedure (Paper Committals) Act 2024 at Cara Lodge, 294 Quamina Street, Georgetown.

State Prosecutors, Senior Police Officers and members of the Practicing Criminal Bar are all part of training. Darshan Ramdhanie KC is conducting the training sessions.
