Her Ladyship was called to the Bar in the Territory of the Virgin Islands in 1981. She served in various capacities in the public sector including, Registrar and Magistrate. She joined the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court as a High Court Judge in 2003 and was later elevated to the position of Justice of Appeal in 2009 before she was sworn-in as Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2012. She was awarded Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II in 2013 and was called to the Bench as an Honorary Bencher of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2018.

Mrs. Ali-Hack was admitted to the Bar in October 1990, after which she joined the Chambers of the Director of Public Prosecutions and climbed the ranks. She was confirmed as the substantive Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) in 2008 after acting in the capacity since 2004.

Mme. Justice Blenman was called to the Bar in Guyana in 1988. Her legal career began in Guyana where she served in various capacities including, Acting Deputy Solicitor General in the Attorney Generalโs Chambers, acting Magistrate and a Lecturer in law at the University of Guyana. In September 2000, Justice Blenman was appointed as the Solicitor General of Saint Lucia โ a post she held until she was elevated to the bench of the High Court of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2003. Justice Blenman was appointed a Justice of Appeal in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in 2012 and served in that capacity for ten years. In September, 2022, Justice Blenman was appointed Chief Justice of Belize.

Mme. Justice Rajnauth-Lee was admitted to the bar in 1980. Thereafter, she served as State Counsel in the Solicitor Generalโs Department in Trinidad and Tobago. In 1985, she embarked on a career in private practice. Mme. Justice Rajnauth-Lee was appointed a Judge of the High Court of Trinidad and Tobago in 2001 and was elevated to the Court of Appeal in 2012. She was appointed Judge of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) in 2015.

Mr. Hawke started his career in 2003 as a State counsel at the Chambers of the Attorney General after being called to the bar in Guyana. He is currently the Solicitor General of Guyana and is a former Solicitor General of Belize. He was also a Magistrate in Guyana. In addition to being a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Distance and Continuing Education at the University of Guyana, Mr. Hawke is currently an adjunct teacher with the Law Department, University of Guyana for Constitutional and Administrative law.

Mr. Justice Barrow was admitted to the practice of law in Belize in 1977 and embarked on a career in private practice. In 1990, Mr. Justice Barrow was elevated to Senior Counsel and went on to start his own law firm โBarrow and Companyโ. Mr. Justice Barrowโs judicial career included service as High Court Judge in St. Lucia, Grenada, Belize and the British Virgin Islands between 2001 and 2005, Justice of Appeal of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from 2005 to 2008 and Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Belize from 2010 to 2012. The Hon. Mr. Justice Denys Barrow was appointed Judge of the CCJ in 2017.

Justice Mohammed began his Legal Career in 1987 as State Counsel in the Solicitor-Generalโs Department of Trinidad & Tobago. On his own application, he was transferred to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in August 1987. As State Counsel he prosecuted extensively before the Magistratesโ Courts, particularly in preliminary enquiries into charges of murder. Between 1993 and 1997, as State Counsel III and Assistant DPP, Justice Mohammed prosecuted in the Port of Spain criminal Assizes and in appeals before the Court of Appeal. He was appointed DPP in 1998, the youngest in the Commonwealth of Nations. Justice Mohammed served as DPP until his appointment as Judge of the High Court in 2002. After serving 11 years on the Bench of the High Court, Justice Mohammed was appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2013.

Ramdhani KC began his legal career in 1995. From 2013 to 2021, by invitation from the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States Supreme Court, he served as a Justice in the Eastern Caribbean through a number of intermittent appointments, including serving as Justice to the St. Kitts and Nevis Circuit, St. Lucia, Antigua, Anguilla, and the British Virgin Islands. In 2019, Ramdhani was appointed Attorney General of Grenada. He is also the former Solicitor General of Grenada and has acted as the Director of Public Prosecutions of Grenada. Additionally, he has worked with the government of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI), where he was the senior lawyer in the Civil Litigation Department, a Prosecutor, and Lead Counsel for the Financial Intelligence Unit. Ramdhani KC is the author of the widely consulted law text "Confession Evidence" (2008).
The First Legal Conference on Criminal Justice Reform - Advancing the Needhamโs Point Declaration is hosted by the Government of Guyana through the Chambers of the Attorney General & Ministry of Legal Affairs in collaboration with the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) Academy for Law under the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)-funded Support for the Criminal Justice System (SCJS) Programme.
