VIDEO || Attorney Darren Wade has withdrawn his interim Application seeking to force the Ministry of Education into collective bargaining for the period 2019 – 2023 with the Guyana Teachers' Union (GTU). Justice Sandil Kissoon said the High Court hadn’t jurisdiction to offer many of the orders sought but he made an Order for the Chief Education Officer to prove his claim by providing all minutes of meetings from 2020 to February 2024.
